Horrifically Disappointed!

ALL MY DATA IS GONE?!? 5 YEARS!!!!
This is completely unacceptable for an app to act in such a disgraceful and unprofessional manner. I kept a diary for years with you and you update your app with complete disregard to everyone who has been using it? How dare you treat your loyal users like trash. You should be embarrassed and ashamed of yourselves. I very much assume you are launching an investigation to rectify this situation we are all in IMMEDIATELY, correct?!?
